No, its not 1921, its the title of a Manhwa. (Korean 'comics')
I'm not much of a fan of Manhwas though... (I prefer Mangas- Japanese 'comics')
Anyway, I think the art is good, especially the drawing of the cats.. ^^ It dosen't have much of a storyline, and its still ongoing... (can't wait for the next chapter)

She is miserable, but still attending a preparatory school in an attempt to catch up with all the time she has lost. Suddenly, one day on her way to feed some stray cats, she comes across a young man who seems to have what she has lost... the period between 19 and 21 years old.
Its a light story (comic) to read, so if you have some free time, I recommend those who have nothing to do read it.. :)
